As the title says. I can't download or seed any torrents on a limited
account because they simply won't dl/seed. I can only do so on an admin
account. Is there any way at all I can correct this problem? i.e. Multiuser plugin?

I've never heard of a limited account on bitcomet before... maybe it's related to your account on your computer? Maybe you were set to limited, where you can't download/install.

Have you tried using a different bittorrent program? I use BitTornado and have no problems. Also Azureus is pretty good, maybe the problem you're describing is that you're on a network, but only the admin computer can connect good to the torrent? If so then you're router is probably blocking inbound connections, many if not all bittorrent programs have guides on how to fix that on their official websites (or a link to a guide).
